Maxi replica of “ARROW AC.10”

Inspired to the ultra light Austrian “Arrow AC.10”, this autogyro is absolutely the more elegant and streamlined type looking to the future. We manufacture the kit of this large model (“Maxi”), the only existing kit in the world.

The structure has aluminium frame and fibreglass fuselage. The landing gear structure is aluminium and fibreglass. The horizontal tail and vertical rudder are polystyrene wood covered. All the major parts can be disassembled. The rotor head is aluminium obtained by a CNC milling tool machine. The prerotation system is equipped with an electric motor acting on the rotor blades via wheel and pinion moved by a brushless motor of 800 Watts.

The front landing gear is retractable. The painting is polyurethane. The main propeller can be moved by an electric or thermal motor depending from the customer choice

Maxi replica of “MAGNI M.16 tandem”

Inspired to the ultralight Magni M.16 this autogyro has aluminium structure accurately welded. The front part of the fuselage is fibreglass with polyurethane painting. The horizontal and vertical tail are in polystyrene wood covered. The rotor head of new design is aluminium obtained by a CNC milling machine. The rotor blades, reflex profile, are polyurethane covered with glass and carbon fibre,. The prerotation of the rotor is obtained via a wheel and pinion moved by a brushless motor of 800 Watts.

The pusher propeller can be moved by an electric or thermal motor (70 cu. cm). His flight performances are similar to the big manned brother. Take off and landing are very short. The model can also make some aerobatic figures and piloting is very easy.

“Gyro-One” electric or thermal motor (new issue)

Smaller in size this model has the aluminium frame assembled in parts with plates and bolts. Some minor parts are plywood laser cut. All parts can be easily assembled including the rotor head.

The rotor blade prerotation is obtained with a removable driller or with an electric motor mounted on the rotor head. The front landing gear is connected to the rudder motion. The main landing gear is aluminium complete with wheels and plastic pants. The tail has the horizontal part in polyurethane, fibreglass covered.

Similarly the main vertical tail and the two smaller side elements. The front covering of the fuselage is transparent Lexan divided in two parts ready to be painted; their assembly is done with plastic rivets (in the kit). The rotor blades are polyurethane with glass and Carbon fibre cover.

“MAXI” Autogyro Prototype

The “MAXI” model is not for sale. Two years ago it has been designed and built for making some construction experiments finally arriving to the production of Maxies Magni M.16 and Arrow AC.10 having a rotor diameter of 3.2 m. We experimented the piloting performances in more than 30 flights and we had no problems at all. So we can say this prototype is well born and given profitable data for the following production.

INDOOR Model Prototype

Paolo has designed and built an amusing INDOOR model for creating a new small autogyro plenty of fine solutions, ready for easy and nice RC flight indoor. Obviously the “Indoor Model” can fly also outdoor but in soft windy conditions. It is not for sale. His structure is Depron and Forex sandwich, precisely cutted with high pressure water cutting process. The tail is in Depron. The landing gear is made by using Carbon tube of 5 mm diameter and two disks of 0,8 mm thickness fibreglass. The rotor head is oscillating for aileron effect. Up and down motions are obtained with horizontal tail (elevator). The blade support is equipped with washer and bearing 3x10 mm.
